Summary: The Case Manager is responsible for matching an individual’s ongoing needs with the appropriate level and type of medical, psychological, health, or social care/services across multiple organizations within the Anchorage medical community.
Summary: The Administrator will be responsible for leadership, direction, and administration of daily operations to ensure accomplishment of objectives and efficient functioning of Alaska Innovative Medicine’s, INC (AIM) operations. The Administrator will work closely with AIM’s Case Managers, Clinical Nurses and Social Workers to establish a system of care for identified patients. The ideal candidate would have skills in PR/Marketing as well as demonstrated ability to work with the medical community to improve systems of care.
